Introduction

The U.S. Postal Service offers significant postage discounts for mailers who send more than 200 pieces (standard rate) or 500 pieces (first class rate) of mail at a time. In return for these discounts, mailers sort their mail in advance, following the strict Postal Service regulations.

The EasyMailings software simplifies a bulk mailing by sorting the address labels in the order required by the Postal Service. In addition, headings are printed onto the labels to help organize the mailing.
