Use this form if you are a 501-C3 nonprofit, have a permit imprint, and you don't print barcodes on your labels (your mailing is not automation-compatible).

Use this form if you are a 501-C3 nonprofit and you have a permit imprint on each piece.
3600-R First Class, Permit Imprint
Use this form if you are doing a bulk mailing of first class mail, and you have a permit imprint on each piece.

Use this form if you are a 501-C3 nonprofit and you have a stamp on each piece.

3624 Application to Mail at Nonprofit Rates
Use this form if you are a 501-C3 nonprofit and would like to take advantage of the steep discounts the U.S. Postal Service gives to nonprofits.
3623 Application to Use Another Post Office
Your bulk mailing permit is only good for one post office. If you would like to drop your mail off at another postoffice, then you need to submit this form to the Postal Service.
3601-A Application of Update for a Postage Meter License
You need to apply for a license to be able to use a postal meter. With a postal meter, you can put postage on letters in your office.
